WHAT THIS IS
A first conversation, designed to feel like one.
The Open Salon is a single, two-hour session for fifteen women who have never done anything like this before. That is the entry requirement, not a limitation. Every woman in the room is at the same starting point.
There are no prerequisites, no pre-reading, no jargon, and no assumption you should already know things you don't. The session is led by a facilitator whose job is to make the room feel safe to ask anything - including the questions you've been embarrassed to ask anyone else.

Women who have meant to figure this out for years. Women who have careers, families, and full lives, and have somehow never sat down with the basics. Women who would rather learn alongside other women than face it alone.
The Open Salon is for first-timers. We do not mean novice. We mean the woman who has not, until now, given herself permission to start.
I started MoneyWorks for Women because too many capable women - including women I love - arrive at financial decisions without the language to make them. Not from inability. From never having been given the room and the time. The Open Salon is that room, and you do not need to know anything to walk into it.
