Grow as a Financial Practitioner in The Practitioners’ Circle

The Practitioners' Circle

A peer-level gathering for senior women who participate in financial decisions in their lives - and want to fully own them.

WHAT THIS IS

A circle for women who participate, and want to own.

The Practitioners' Circle is a single, two-hour session for fifteen senior women who already operate at high competence in their professional lives - and who want to bring that same fluency to their personal financial authorship. The format is peer-to-peer, not teacher-to-student.

The session is led by a facilitator with experience in negotiation, financial governance, and women's wealth - and the conversation is pitched at the level of women who run things. There is no on-ramp. There is no ramp at all.

You are not behind. You participate. You want to own.

You run a team. You sign contracts. You hold equity, or you have built something. You are not a beginner. You participate in the financial decisions that shape your life. And yet, in the most important rooms, you find yourself second-guessing - not from incompetence, but from never having been told that this was your authority to claim.

WhaT you’ll walk away with

Results that create confidence

The Practitioners' toolkit

A workbook calibrated to senior women - covering negotiation, governance literacy, equity and compensation, advisor management, and the conversations you have been meaning to have with your accountant, your partner, or your board.

A peer community

Ongoing access to the other fourteen women in your circle. For many in this room, the peer connection is the asset.

A six-month follow-up

One scheduled return session, six months on, to revisit the shifts in authority, voice, and ownership you have claimed in the interim.

WHO ELSE IS IN THE ROOM

Fifteen women who already lead.

Validation. Authority. Peer accountability. A room you don't have to translate yourself for.

Senior women who run businesses, lead teams, sign contracts, hold equity, and want to deepen their fluency in their own financial lives. Women who participate in household and business financial decisions but have not, until now, fully claimed authorship of them.

This is not an introductory workshop. Every woman in the room is operating at a level of professional seniority - and the conversation is calibrated accordingly.

"I started MoneyWorks for Women because too many capable women - competent, professional, senior - participate in financial decisions about their own lives without ever being told they could fully own them. Not from inability. From never having been given the room. The Practitioners' Circle is that room, for women who already lead."
