Inside the Workshop
A private room for women thinking more deliberately about their wealth.
The Money Atelier is a single, two-hour session for ten women whose wealth is structured and supported through advisors, and who want greater visibility and voice in the decisions surrounding it.
Designed as a private conversation rather than a classroom, the session creates the kind of financial fluency that helps you engage more confidently with your advisors, your trustees, your children, and your future self.
Led by professionals experienced in women’s wealth and hosted in a format closer to a private dinner: thoughtful conversation, better questions, and more deliberate decisions.
What you’ll walk away with
Results that create confidence
The Atelier toolkit
A curated workbook covering household financial architecture, governance language, advisor engagement, and intergenerational considerations. Designed to bring greater clarity, structure, and fluency to the decisions surrounding wealth.
A Close Circle of Women
Quiet, ongoing access to the other nine women in your cohort. Curated, private, and deliberately small.
A Six-Month Follow-up
One scheduled conversation six months later to reflect on what has changed, what has become clearer, and what conversations have continued beyond the room.

I started MoneyWorks for Women because too many capable women – including women I love – arrive at financial decisions about their own lives without the language to make them. Not from inability. From never having been given the room and the time. The Atelier is that room, for women whose lives are already complex.

FAQs
I already have advisors managing these decisions. Why would I need this?
Because being supported is not the same as feeling informed, included, or fully confident in the decisions being made.
Nothing feels wrong. Is there still value in attending?
Often, yes. Many women come not because something is broken, but because they want a stronger relationship with decisions that already affect their lives.
I ask questions already. How would this be different?
The difference is not asking more questions. It is knowing which questions matter.
Will this challenge the way my family or advisors currently operate?
Not necessarily. But it may help you participate more actively in conversations that already shape your future.
What will I gain from this workshop?
The language, perspective, and confidence to engage more intentionally with the people and decisions surrounding your wealth.
What kinds of questions will I leave asking differently?
Questions that move from “Is this being handled?” to “Do I understand why this decision is being made?
