Inside the Workshop
A circle for leading women who want a stronger voice in their financial decisions.
The Practitioners’ Circle is a single, two-hour session for fifteen senior women who already operate at high competence in their professional lives and want to bring that same fluency to their personal financial authorship. The format is peer-to-peer, not teacher-to-student.
The session is led by a facilitator with experience in negotiation, financial governance, and women’s wealth. The conversation is pitched at the level of women who run things. There is no introductory content. The room assumes competence and builds from there.
What you’ll walk away with
Results that create confidence
The Practitioners’ Toolkit
A curated workbook covering household financial architecture, governance vocabulary, advisor questioning, and intergenerational considerations, designed for women bringing greater intentionality to complex financial decisions.
A Peer Community
Ongoing access to the other fourteen women in your circle. For many in this room, the peer connection is the asset.
A Six-Month Follow-up
One scheduled return session, six months on, to revisit the shifts in authority, voice, and ownership you have claimed in the interim.

I started MoneyWorks for Women because too many capable women – competent, professional, senior – participate in financial decisions about their own lives without ever being told they could fully own them. Not from inability. From never having been given the room. The Practitioners’ Circle is that room, for women who already lead.

FAQs
I already make important decisions at work. Why would I need this?
Because confidence in one domain does not always translate automatically into personal financial decisions. This is space to think with the same clarity you bring elsewhere.
What if I already have financial advisors?
This is not a replacement for advisors. It helps you engage more confidently in the conversations and decisions that shape your life.
What if I don’t have one specific financial problem to solve?
You do not need one. Many women join because they want greater clarity, ownership, or confidence before a moment of change arrives.
What makes this different from a seminar or panel?
The room is built for conversation, reflection, and peer perspective — not passive listening.
What happens after the session ends?
You leave with practical frameworks, continued access to the group, and a chance to revisit progress six months later.
